Grief Support - Recent Loss of an Intimate Other and Acute Grief: A group for individuals who have suffered a recent bereavement. 15 weeks, meets weekly for an hour and 15 minutes. Cost is $45 per meeting, and groups will have up to 7 individuals.

Longer Term Experience of Grief and Loss: A group for individuals who have lost an intimate other over an extended time, perhaps many years, and would like to participate in a group process of exploration and connection. 14 weeks, meets weekly for an hour and 15 minutes. Cost is $45 per meeting, and groups will have up to 7 individuals.

Writing and Loss - A Group for Creative Expression and Exploration of Grief and Loss: Format will include both guided exercises and interpersonal processing of material. We will do journal writing, freewriting, communicating with and about loved ones, through letters, dialogues, creative expression such as poetry, and dreams. We will talk about those experiences, and the experience of writing, in group. Will meet weekly for 14 weeks, for an one and a half hours each week. Cost will be $50 per meeting, and groups will have up to 7 individuals.

Privacy and confidentiality: Unless legally and ethically mandated, all material disclosed in group will be held in confidence, and group members are asked to maintain confidentiality of other members’ sharing.
